Where do the sessions take place?
All sessions take place in a private studio in FIREFIT Churchtown.
FIREFIT Churchtown is located on the grounds of De La Salle Sports Centre.
Our sessions run 5pm. 6pm, 7.10pm and 8.10pm on
Wednesday evenings. On Thursday we have a 7.40pm slot available. ​​
Our next intake is the 22nd April.
When do the sessions take place?
We offer a few training options depending on what you prefer, 1:1 coaching, small groups (1:6), or larger groups (1:12).

How many participants per session?
Yes - sessions are coached with regressions/progressions, so it works whether you’re new to strength training or already lifting.
Are the sessions suitable for beginners?
All levels - whether you’re new to strength training, new to running, or you’ve been training for years. It’s designed for short-, mid-, and long-distance runners, from 5k right up to half marathon, marathon, and beyond.
The sessions are runner-specific, and we’ll guide intensity and progressions based on your goal, current training load, and experience level, so you get the right stimulus without it wrecking your run week.​
