After four successful years in Churchtown, we’re bringing our expertise to Knocklyon!

 

We are a brand new Small Group Training Facility located on the Firhouse rd! (Less than a 5 minute drive from SuperValu Knocklyon) .  

 

At FIREFIT, our expert coaches lead every session, offering a dynamic mix of Small Group Strength Training, Spin, Hybrid, and Burn classes—all designed to help you train smarter and push your limits.​We promise that if you give us a go, you won't regret it!
